Becoming is a gentle space to take a break from the noise and come back to yourself.
We'll explore ways to calm anxiety, reconnect to yourself and regulate your nervous system.
This isn't about fixing anything. It's about creating space to breathe, reflect and remember who you are underneath it all.
You'll be guided through simple somatic practices, grounding techniques, and quiet reflection- in a small, supportive group.
